Account access

  • Forgot your password? Reset it here.
  • New to RateFlow? Your MGA administrator provisions accounts — ask them to invite you.
  • MFA lockout or enrollment issues: email us from a verified address associated with your account and we'll verify identity before resetting.

Rating & compliance questions

For questions about a specific rate, factor, or filing — including differences between RateFlow output and an ISO manual — please include the quote ID, effective date, and the coverage line. We'll route it to the underwriting or actuarial contact for that program.

Status & incidents
